Patrick A. Keith
Patrick Keith spent years as a USDA APHIS Animal Care Compliance Specialist — conducting unannounced inspections at Class A, B, and C licensed facilities across the country. He has been on both sides of the inspection clipboard: as the inspector writing the report, and as an advisor helping facilities understand what that report means.
After leaving federal service, Patrick founded Compliance WRX, LLC with a single mission: give licensed facilities the same insider knowledge that inspectors use — presented in plain language, without the bureaucratic opacity of official USDA communications.
His work includes The Animal Care Advisor Newsletter, the 9 CFR Compliance Handbook Series, and AC Tracker — a patent-pending mobile app that converts compliance from a memory exercise into a timestamped, inspection-ready system.
